The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship your return with a tracking number and insurance. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in delivery. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns.

EZ 45 DAY RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with a part purchased from EZ small Engine Parts, you may return the part within 45 days of purchase for a refund (shipping charges excluded). All returns (except warranty returns) must be in brand-new, unused, unopened condition, undamaged in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable)

*Electrical parts can only be returned for warranty. electrical items, engines, short blocks, crank shafts, products with an engine mounted on them, gaskets, carburetor kits, gasket kits, chemicals, batteries, oil, inner tubes. used items, marred, dirty, or marked on items, items in factory packaging that is opened, marred, marked on, or tampered with, as well as previously installed items, washed, or worn items, items missing factory tags.
